First Warning Letter Template
From time to time you may need to issue a first warning letter to an employee for any number of reasons. Whether that be performance, attendance related or other. It’s imperative that businesses have and follow the correct HR procedures when attempting to correct, fix or exit an employee based on their behaviour or performance. If the problem does not get rectified after the first written warning you may need to issue a second written warning and then potentially a final written warning letter to that employee.
